Autocab has been designing and producing its specialist data terminals (to compliment its world-beating software) for the taxi industry since before the Millenium.
Because we make these terminals, we can fix them !
This means (with sensible limits) that our customers will continue to have their equipment serviced and repaired for many more years than they could expect a PDA, for instance, to last. In fact, we are still repairing 15 year-old terminals made under licence for us in Germany !
Many of our older terminals are no longer in production but we have a policy of factory-refurbishment. So, when a customer upgrades and part-exchanges his kit, we completely re-build the equipment. This not only gives the customer a welcome discount from his new purchase but provides us with stock to replenish other customers who are happy with their current model of datahead and merely wish to increase their numbers.
It’s a policy that has worked for over a decade and reinforces the point that, with Autocab, you not only have the support, you have a choice.
