Feedback from customers (and prospective customers) tells us that many are reluctant to sign up with any dispatch system provider because they feel that they will be saddled with a host of additional and unseen charges after they think that they have paid for the system.

This is a policy we have never subscribed to simply because you, the end user, rely totally on your dispatch system and introducing hidden charges in this way is grossly unfair.

At Autocab we provide the following to counter this unfair practice:

  •       Open-Architecture so you can change the way your system works (without charge)
  •       Once paid for – it’s yours.  No recurring licence fees (hosted services excepted)
  •       A schedule of every component will be listed your sales agreement.
  •       A ‘special features request’ section (in the unlikely event that something is missing!)
  •       A tailor-made support contract so you only pay for what you need.
  •       Freedom to choose your own airtime contract so you get the best price.
  •       Standard repair charges.

Furthermore, your sales agreement will contain a full set of definitions, T&C’s and a description of the system and its component parts – in plain English and in a readable font!  There’s even a whole section for you to request any special features and, if they make sense, we will incorporate them at no charge because this has always been our policy and the basis on which our feature-rich system has been built over the years.

We need your help though – you need to treat your order with the respect it deserves and be clear about the detail because it is important.  You can also provide us with feedback which is always welcome.
