You will be providing training for customer throughout the UK customers. Training new and existing customers on all Autocab software products

You will be providing training for customer throughout the UK customers. Training new and existing customers on all Autocab software products.

Assigned daily tasks:

  • Driver training where required.
  • Operator and management training.
  • Online remote training.
  • Creating and updating documentation and training videos.
  • Testing and documentation of new products.
  • Training colleagues on products.
  • Assisting Project Engineers throughout installation process.

Other general Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving engineers issues
  • Swiftly escalate any customer complaints or issues to company management
  • Maintain and develop technical knowledge in line with Product development

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrable Support & Project based working ethics.
  • Good Computer literacy skills.
  • Experience of customer training.

Desirable skills:

  • Document writing.
  • Website manipulation.
  • Formal testing experience.
